Accounting responsibilities include: matching invoices to purchase orders for payment approval, processing all bills, reviewing open purchase orders, generate payable reports, printing and mailing checks.
Order entry responsibilities include: pre-checking sales orders, processing all sales orders, confirming sales orders and handling all order issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with vendors and able to respond timely and effectively, MS Office skills including, Word, Excel and Outlook, good organization and follow up skills, professional demeanor and excellent written and oral communication skills.
